Wood-fired flavour. Gas convenience. Total control.
The Ooni Karu 2 Pro gives you complete freedom to cook with wood or charcoal, or add the optional gas burner for effortless cooking. Reaching up to 500°C (950°F), it can create restaurant-quality pizza in as little as 60 seconds.
17-Inch Cooking Power
With a spacious 17-inch cooking area, Karu 2 Pro is built for more than pizza. Cook family-sized pizzas, whole roast chickens, tomahawk steaks, deep-dish pies and more.
Watch Every Delicious Moment
The extra-large ClearView™ borosilicate glass door helps prevent soot buildup while keeping heat inside, so you can watch your pizza cook without constantly opening the oven.
Smart Temperature Control
The Bluetooth-enabled Ooni Connect™ Digital Temperature Hub sends real-time temperature readings to your phone. The included digital food probe helps you monitor meat for precise results.
Built for Better Cooking
Patented Flame Keeper technology optimises airflow and heat distribution, while the insulated carbon steel construction helps lock in heat. The oven also cleans itself at high temperatures, with a removable fuel tray for easy ash disposal.
The next generation of Karu. Bigger, smarter and built to cook.
